Your data, your rules. Here’s how to control your information in Neuriq.

Exporting Your Data

You can export all your data at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Choose format (JSON or CSV)
  4. Download your complete brain

The export includes:

  • All brain items (tasks, events, knowledge)
  • Topics and connections
  • Settings and preferences
  • Activity history

Deleting Data

Individual Items

Delete any item from the Knowledge Explorer or detail panel.

All Data

To delete everything:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
  2. Click Delete All Data
  3. Type “DELETE” to confirm
  4. Confirm deletion

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Account Deletion

To completely delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Complete the on-screen confirmation
  4. Active account data is removed after the confirmed request; residual backup and security-log copies expire under their retention schedules

What We Store

Stored:

  • Brain items you create
  • Topics and connections
  • Integration data (calendar/task references)
  • Basic account info (email, name)

Not directly accessible to Neuriq:

  • Raw passwords; authentication credentials are handled by Firebase Authentication and supported identity providers
  • Payment info (pilot is free)

Data Location

Primary account records, brain items, and uploads are stored in configured European cloud regions:

  • 🇪🇺 Frankfurt (europe-west3)
  • 🇪🇺 Belgium (europe-west1)

Selected AI, hosting, email, support, and integration providers may process limited data in other regions under appropriate safeguards. See the Privacy Policy for details.

GDPR Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, your privacy rights may include the right to:

  • Access your data (export feature)
  • Correct your data (edit in app)
  • Delete your data (delete feature)
  • Port your data (export feature)
