Opening the Dump

There are several ways to access the Dump:

  • Click the Dump button in the sidebar
  • Press the keyboard shortcut D
  • Use the floating action button on mobile

What to Dump

You can dump anything:

  • Be specific with dates: “tomorrow”, “next Monday”, “in 2 weeks” all work
  • Include context: “Meeting about Q3 budget” is better than “Meeting”
  • Don’t overthink: You can always edit later
  • Dump often: Get things out of your head immediately
