Yes, during the pilot phase Neuriq is completely free. No credit card required, no hidden costs. We're building Neuriq together with early adopters, and in exchange for free access, we ask for your feedback to improve the product.

After the pilot, Neuriq Pro will cost €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year. A founding offer of €39.99 for the first year is planned through 31 October 2026. We will announce the exact launch date after Apple completes the required account and subscription reviews.

Fair-use and technical limits apply so the pilot remains reliable and safe. Normal personal use is supported; bulk automation, abusive traffic, and unusually high AI usage may be rate-limited.

Primary account records, brain items, and uploads are stored in configured EU cloud regions. To provide AI, authentication, hosting, support, and integrations, selected service providers may process limited data in other regions under appropriate safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Neuriq does not use your private content to train its own general-purpose AI models. When you use AI features, the content and limited context needed for the request are sent to our AI provider and handled under that provider's applicable business terms.

Yes. Settings lets you export your data, delete individual items, or delete your account. Active account data is removed promptly after a confirmed deletion; residual backup and security-log copies expire under their retention schedules.
